* all prices are based on a 46 week year to accommodate Trainer holidays. If you are unable to attend a session your Tainer will endeavour to offer you an alternative session on another day/time. Your Trainer can provide you with a home/holiday programme to do in your own time also within your paid for package. Any extended holiday over (2 weeks) can be discussed with your trainer and payment suspended.
